EIDL Pros Privacy Policy
Read how EIDL Pros handles assessment answers, contact details, consent evidence, analytics events, service providers, retention, and privacy requests.
This policy describes the information EIDL Pros collects, why it is used, when it may be shared with independent service providers, and how to request access or deletion where applicable. EIDL Pros is a private company operated by Wellgrow Limited, doing business as EIDL Pros, and is not affiliated with the SBA, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any government agency.
Who we are
EIDL Pros is a private educational and lead-referral website operated by Wellgrow Limited, doing business as EIDL Pros ("EIDL Pros," "we," "us"). We are a marketing and information service. We are not a law firm, a lender, a debt-settlement company, a credit-repair organization, a financial advisor, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any government entity. This policy explains how we handle information collected through eidlpros.com.
Information we collect
We collect the answers you provide to the educational exposure assessment, such as your general loan-size band, payment status, business status, and the collection stage suggested by any notice you received. If you ask us to send a report or to be introduced to an independent professional, we collect contact details you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, and business name. When you provide phone or messaging consent, we retain evidence of that consent, including the exact consent language and version, a timestamp, and technical identifiers such as IP address. We also automatically collect technical and usage data through cookies, pixels, and analytics, including device and browser information, pages viewed, referral and campaign parameters (UTM values), and similar advertising identifiers.
How we use your information
We use your information to generate your educational exposure report, to respond to your requests, to operate and improve the website, to measure and optimize our advertising, to maintain records of consent and activity, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Assessment answers are used to organize what you already know into a general exposure band from a published rules version; they are not used to predict what any agency will decide in an individual case.
When we share information
If you request help or a provider introduction, we may share the information you submit with one or more independent third-party service providers, which may include debt-relief companies, law firms, or licensed professionals, so that they can contact you about their services. We may also share information with vendors that operate our website, communications, and analytics on our behalf, and with others where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights. Under certain state privacy laws (for example, in California), sharing information with providers for advertising or lead-referral purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described below.
Calls, texts, and marketing consent
Requesting an educational report by email does not, by itself, sign you up for phone calls or text messages. Phone and messaging consent is a separate, optional step. If you provide it, you agree that EIDL Pros and the independent providers we introduce may contact you at the number provided, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text, even if the number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and web analytics, to understand how the site is used, to remember first-touch campaign attribution, and to measure and improve advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the tools offered by the relevant advertising networks. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site functions.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to maintain records of consent and activity, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email support@eidlpros.com or use the contact details below. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required.
State privacy rights (California and other states)
Residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) have additional rights, which may include the right to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the right to correct or delete it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes under the "Shine the Light" law. You may exercise these rights, or designate an authorized agent to do so, by emailing support@eidlpros.com; we will verify and respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law.
Children, third-party links, and changes
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. The site may link to third-party websites and official government resources that we do not control and whose privacy practices are their own. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version and its review date appear at the top of this page, and material changes take effect when posted.
Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact EIDL Pros, a business name of Wellgrow Limited, by email at support@eidlpros.com. A postal mailing address for written privacy requests will be listed here before the site accepts submissions at launch.
Scope and review
This public framework is provided for transparency and must be reviewed by qualified privacy and legal counsel before production launch. It does not create a professional, fiduciary, or government relationship.
Do you sell my information?
If you request help, we share the details you submit with independent providers so they can contact you, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out by emailing support@eidlpros.com.
How do I stop calls or texts?
Phone and text consent is optional and separate from getting a report. Reply STOP to texts, or email us to be removed, at any time.
