Acceptance of these terms
eidlpros.com is operated by Wellgrow Limited, doing business as EIDL Pros ("EIDL Pros," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the website, the exposure assessment, or any related feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What EIDL Pros is, and is not
EIDL Pros is a private educational and lead-referral service that helps COVID-19 EIDL borrowers organize their situation and, if they choose, connects them with independent third-party professionals. We are not a law firm, a lender, a debt-settlement or debt-relief company, a credit-repair organization, a financial advisor, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the SBA, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any government entity. Information on this site is general and educational and should not be relied upon as legal, tax, or financial advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide any information you submit, including on behalf of a business. The site is intended for U.S. business owners with questions about COVID-19 EIDL loans and related federal collection activity.
No professional, fiduciary, or government relationship
Using the website, completing the assessment, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with EIDL Pros, and does not create any relationship with a government agency. Any professional relationship exists only if and when you separately engage an independent professional under that professional's own agreement.
Educational estimates and no outcome guarantees
The exposure assessment produces a general educational band computed from a published rules version and the answers you provide. It is not a prediction of what the SBA, Treasury, a court, or any provider will do, and it does not determine your rights or obligations. We do not guarantee any specific result, debt reduction, settlement amount, that collection or offset will stop, or any particular timeline. Individual outcomes depend on facts we do not control, including your signed loan documents.
Optional introductions to independent providers
If you request help, we may introduce you to one or more independent third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for those providers, their advice, their services, or their fees, and a match is not guaranteed and may depend on factors such as location and loan amount. We may be compensated when we refer visitors who request help, as described in our How We Make Money page. Any agreement you enter with a provider is solely between you and that provider.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false information, impersonate others, interfere with the site's operation, or use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the site.
Intellectual property and third-party content
The content, design, and trademarks on this site are owned by EIDL Pros or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except that you may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. The site may link to third-party or government resources that we do not control and do not endorse, and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers and no liability
The website and all content and features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EIDL Pros and Wellgrow Limited assume no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of the website, the assessment, its content and estimates, or any interaction with or services of an independent third-party provider, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. You use the website and any provider introduction at your own risk, and your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EIDL Pros, Wellgrow Limited, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
Dispute resolution and governing law
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@eidlpros.com. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the United States, administered by a recognized U.S. arbitration provider such as the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court, and you and EIDL Pros waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States and, where a state's law applies, the law of the state in which the company maintains its principal U.S. place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
